We help organizations make an everyday success of enterprise content management (ECM), by making deployments more natural and intuitive for end users.

We remove barriers by making electronic filing and search seamless, so your people don’t even need to think about where they’re storing digital documents.

As a company whose founders and senior practitioners have a rich heritage in enterprise content management and software engineering, we have a deep understanding of the practical issues that can get in the way of successful ECM take-up.

Why choose Repstor

  • To boost user adoption of ECM systems, maximizing their success & payback.
  • To empower employees by fully connecting them to the assets they need wherever they are.
  • Because our deep content management heritage and partnership approach means you can rely on us to deliver where previous ECM projects may have fallen short.

Unless users are fully on board, the best software in the world will have limited impact.

Unfortunately electronic content management systems don’t always enjoy the take-up organizations hope for. User adoption issues are a common barrier to SharePoint projects, for example – affecting more than half of organizations which use the software, according to AIIM.

Often it’s because people have to remember to do something differently – something that doesn’t naturally fit with the immediate task they’re working on. If they have to consciously think about it, that extra step is more likely to be forgotten or skipped.

That’s where we comes in. Everything we do is geared to increasing user acceptance and adoption of ECM systems – making content organization a natural extension of existing tasks.
