Repstor provide a key capability as part of the overall SI (Systems Integrator) delivered ECM solution to ensure that customers are able to easily adopt the deployed ECM system.
The Repstor products are not typically the whole ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solution for larger customers. There is often a need for end-to-end SI services to ensure that the customer’s needs are fully served, particularly in large and/or complex environments involving numerous products and customer specific requirements.
Repstor partners with SI’s to ensure that the whole customer cycle is supported from initial customer engagement through project phases and into on-going support. This includes pre-sales support, specific training for SI staff when SI’s want to be self-sufficient, as well as Repstor delivered services during project delivery to augment SI project teams.
These services include product consultancy to ensure that the capabilities and use of the Repstor Software can be optimized as fits best within the overall project. They also include delivery services to support SI partners in areas such as configuration, deployment, customer specific requirements and development.
We also ensure that support arrangements are available to fit within the SI’s and customer’s overall support strategy.
