Alan McMillen

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Alan has over 25 years' experience in the I.T. industry. After graduating from the University of Wales, Swansea, Alan worked as an engineer in Queen's University, Belfast and Siemens in Munich. Alan then held various roles building and managing sales teams as well as running sales territories in organizations such as ICL, Fujitsu Computers Limited, Amacis, Meridio and Active Navigation. Alan has been active in the Enterprise Content Management market since the 90's when he was a co-founder of Amacis, an email management specialist who are now part of Oracle. He then moved to Meridio where he spear-headed their US market entry.

Away from work Alan relaxes with a round of golf and enjoys spending time at home with his wife Marie, and a good sci-fi book.

Sheila Gormley

Sheila Gormley

Director of Business Development

Sheila has over 20 years’ experience in the I.T. industry and has specialized in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for 15 of these, working across a number of verticals including Public Sector, Healthcare, Legal and Regulated Industries. A Computing Science graduate from the University of Ulster, Sheila’s early career was with Kainos before moving to Meridio where she was Head of Presales and subsequently Head of Product Management. As such she played a key part in the evolution of the product on the Microsoft platform prior to Meridio’s acquisition by Autonomy (now part of HP). Sheila moved into a Sales/Key Account Management role in 2007 before returning to Kainos in 2009 where she headed up the ECM Business Unit. She joins our team as Director of Business Development.

Away from the office, Sheila enjoys spending time with her young family and is also a keen road cyclist.

Fergus Wilson

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Fergus has over 20 years' experience in the I.T. industry, architecting and delivering ECM products and solutions in a range of senior positions. A graduate in Computer Science from Queen's University, Belfast, Fergus's early career was with companies in the ECM space including Kainos, Webforia, Meridio and Autonomy. Previously, at Meridio, Fergus was instrumental in helping Meridio to build its technology exclusively on the Microsoft technology and played a part in the early decision to build its records management functionality on top of the SharePoint platform. In 2004, Fergus relocated with Meridio to Redmond to work alongside the Microsoft product teams. Fergus formed a research team on the Microsoft campus, allowing them to work in coordination with the Microsoft engineers to build a product that would fit perfectly into the Microsoft environment. After Meridio's acquisition by Autonomy, Fergus continued to work at Autonomy as Chief Architect of Records Management across the Autonomy product set.

When not at work Fergus enjoys playing Lego Star Wars with his 9 year old, sampling good food and discovering the most revolutionary technology "must-haves!"

Brian Baird

Brian Baird

CHAIRMAN

Brian has extensive experience in international sales and marketing within the I.T. Industry. After graduating from the Queen's University of Belfast Brian held various roles with International companies including Sales & Marketing Director for ICL International & Europe. Brian was a founder of Meridio, an Enterprise Document & Records product company in June 2001. As CEO he grew the company to 175 staff and in excess of $20m p.a. revenue by 2006. In November 2007 he led a trade sale of Meridio to Autonomy plc and following a six month integration program left the Autonomy group in May 2008.

Aside from his passion for helping businesses deploy ECM systems successfully Brian spends his spare time enjoying life with his family, getting involved in various local educational and business sector growth projects, and supporting his favorite football team.

Olivia Bushe

Director of Marketing

Olivia has over 15 years' experience in technology marketing roles based in the US and UK with worldwide remit. Olivia joined Repstor in 2013 and is responsible for the company's global marketing. Prior to joining Repstor Olivia was Marketing Director at Kofax, a leading provider of smart process applications. While at Kofax Olivia managed and coordinated global lead-generation campaigns for Kofax's range of products. Previously Olivia was Head of Marketing at Singularity, the business improvement software company, now part of Kofax and Marketing Communications Manager at Meridio, the records management specialist, now part of Autonomy. Olivia holds a degree in Information Management from Queen's University, Belfast.

Outside of work Olivia relaxes by indulging in some retail therapy, enjoys spending time with her family and during the summer can often be found supporting the local cricket team.
